Ingredients:
  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 4 peeled tomatoes
  • 20 stuffed green olive
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken soup
Preparation:
Season chicken with salt. Take a large skillet and heat the oil over medium temperature. Fry chicken until it gets brown. Mix the remaining ingredients gently in a bowl; garlic, bay leaf, thyme, and black pepper. Then stir it with tomatoes, olive, wine and broth. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 45 minutes or until the juice run clear. Remove the garlic and bay leaf, your dish is ready to serve.
