- 20 stuffed green olive

Preparation:
Season chicken with salt. Take a large skillet and heat the oil over
medium temperature. Fry chicken until it gets brown. Mix the
remaining ingredients gently in a bowl; garlic, bay leaf, thyme, and
black pepper. Then stir it with tomatoes, olive, wine and broth.
Reduce the temperature and simmer for 45 minutes or until the juice
run clear. Remove the garlic and bay leaf, your dish is ready to
serve.
