Glazed Ham with Coriander and Fennel

Ingredients:
  • 7 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorn
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
Preparation:
Preheat your oven up to 375 degree F. Now, slice the ham into half and place it on the roasting plate. Wrap it with the foil and bake it for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, crush the fennel, coriander and peppercorn seeds and mix them with the apricot preserves to make the glaze.
Uncovered the ham and brush 1/4 cup of glaze over it and bake for 20 minutes. Again brush another 1/4 cup of glaze over ham and bake it until the ham is heated through 15 to 20 minutes. Thinly slice your ham and your dish is ready to serve on the table.

Roast Beef with Slow Cooked Tomatoes and Garlic
If you are looking for the easiest recipe which are time saving, then it's better to go for a Roast beef with slow cooked tomatoes and garlic. Here oven does 80% of work, you just have to roast all the three ingredients; beef, tomatoes and garlic for one hour and you are done.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds boneless rum or rib beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 head garlic, cloves peeled
  • 8 springs fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat your oven up to 350F, season your beef with 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper and place it on the roasting plate. Gently mix the remaining ingredients; tomatoes, garlic, thyme, oil, 1/4 tbsp salt and 1/4 tbsp pepper in the bowl. Sprinkle the tomato mixture over the beef and roast it to for 1 hour on 125 degree temperature. Transfer the beef to the cutting board and slice it after 10 minutes. Now, server your luscious beef with tomato and garlic.
